Віце-президент Петербурзької Асоціації Барменів Ярослав Панів видала унікальну книгу - про прикраси. Крім коньяку "Старе місто" і горілки "Мотрійка", у книзі також поучаствовал інший "професійно орієнтований" бренд De Kuyper зі своїми незліченними лікерами. Прикраса коктейлів -- максимально творче заняття. Саме це, насамперед, затверджує Ярослав своєю книгою, призиваючи читачів експериментувати самостійно. Банальна коктейльная вишня тут головний ворог, і ні, здається, такого інгредієнта, який би не був використаний на сторінках - від рожевих пелюстків і кактуса до редису Дайкон, моркви, огірка й пекучого перцю. На жаль, небагато підкачало якість печатки - іноді картинка явно не здатна передати шарм багатьох складних прикрас, особливо виконаних з ювелірною точністю в техніку карвинга. Сподіваємося, нові книги не за горами.
